Tasty coffee, matcha, and food. The staff is kind to each customer. Once I didn’t like the taste of my iced matcha, they took it back and made me a new one, without any complaints or dirty looks. They strive to make their customers happy! Will continue to get my daily matcha fix here:)
They also have a drive through which is so convenient when in a hurry. 10/10 recommend!

The staff on a Saturday afternoon were nice and helped us right away. It's a decent coffee shop in the area. Unfortunately, there was some unsettling behavior during our visit. There was a man I would say in his mid 20's hanging out at the edge of the counter by the register talking to the young blonde who seemed too young for him staring at us while we were putting in our order like he was "marking" his territory. He didn't break eye contact and made us feel uncomfortable. We were nice and courteous to the staff so his behavior wasn't warranted. At first I assumed maybe he was an employee but then it was clear that he was just standing there trying to talk to the lady. It was hard to tell if he was actually her boyfriend or just some regular customer that's trying to date her. Either way, his behavior was aggressive and inappropriate. He left the store shortly before us so I'm pretty sure he wasn't staff because he also didn't go behind the counter either. Anyways, to the young lady... If he is your boyfriend, real men don't act that insecure and try to control who talks to you especially while you're at your workplace. If he's not your boyfriend, and he makes you feel uncomfortable, tell your employer and make sure you're never scheduled alone. Carrying pepper spray wouldn't hurt either. As someone who's worked in the industry, you have no idea what people are capable of when they have certain ideas in their head. Stay safe <3

Great coffee shop!! The nicest baristas, good coffee and matcha, and big open space with lots of tables and seating. It’s a good Vancouver location, I like coming here to meet up with friends or family, or reading.
Their Lil Honey breakfast sandwich is a classic and is my favorite! Would definitely recommend giving Gold cup a try!
