I worked with Falon at Gold Etc. and it was a phenomenal experience. I got a key made into a piece of jewelry for my spouse. Long story behind it, but Falon took the time to ask and understand the story and infused it within the piece. She set reasonable expectations, was a clear, consistent & concise communicator, and the final product was beautiful. Simply the best!! I went to Falon with a vague idea of what I wanted for a custom ring using a family stone. She walked me through every step, was so patient with me and my indecisiveness! She worked with me to come up with the perfect design and continued to make little tweaks until it was perfect! Her attention to detail, knowledge and skill are unparalleled! I now have a gorgeous, heirloom ring that will be passed down for generations to come! I'll definitely be going back to Falon for all my jewelry needs!

Bought a gorgeous ring from Falon and then dropped off some diamonds so she could make me a gorgeous pair of princess cut diamond studs. She was communicative and helpful throughout the process. I think I’ve found my jeweler for life.
