Our family has trusted Gold rush for generations. Trusted and honest and always friendly. Today I met their owners son who is another example of their excellence. My mother and Father have trusted them. We have and today my 15 yr old daughter had her necklace fixed on the spot. Excellent service. Family owned. Always trusted. We will use no other.

I was so pleased with my experience at the Novato store. This is the second time I've been in the store and both times everyone was so very friendly, I felt genuinely welcome and felt well taken care of, old-fashion courtesy. I came in for a watch battery change, and the gentleman who took care of it was great, very fast and very professional. Very nice selection of watches as well. It was a pleasure visiting the store, and I will definitely be back.
