Having to pay $1,020.50 for someone to spend less than two hours replacing the seal and supply tube beneath a toilet was shocking. Had we also replaced the old toilet with a new one, the cost may have made a little more sense but that wasn’t the case. We still have the same toilet and a cool grand less in the checking account. Thank you for the lesson, Gold Seal. Next time we have a plumbing issue I’ll just take a couple days off work with no pay and take my time fixing the problem myself and be money ahead.

The Gold Seal technicians were on time & very efficient.
Both were very knowledgeable & gave me great advice. I didn't understand part of my sump pump function & how it worked so Brandon pulled out his tablet & drew me a diagram while explaining the mechanics, & for this visual thinker, it clicked, how smart!!!
These 2 were the Best & if I ever need a plumber again it will be with Gold Seal.

Purchased and had installed a new hot water tank. Love that they gave us options and let us make the choice that was right for us without pressure to get and pay more than we were comfortable with.
