This was our second time using Gold Star Carpet Cleaning. Not only are they professional, on time, and do an AMAZING job cleaning carpets, the owner is super kind and clearly cares about his customers. We had a financial crisis two days before our appointment, and since we are returning customers he was willing to work with our smaller budget and help us out. That meant so much!!!! I would recommend Gold Star to anyone who wants to support an awesome local business with owners who truly care about their customers. Gild Star is the only carpet (and couch!) cleaning company we will ever use!

I had Tony clean my carpet and my tile in numerous areas of my house. He was prompt, thorough and honest. There was a little snafu on the kitchen tile, but he fixed it and kept in contact with me the whole time. 100% made it right, which is hard to find in service these days! I would highly recommend him and will be having him come back to do my sofa in the near future.
