I was in to get my ring repaired and a young lady was helping me and all of a sudden an older asian woman pushed her aside and started getting all pushy with me about getting my ring fixed she immediately took it without me saying yes I was fed up with her rude attitude so I politely asked for my ring back to get it fixed elsewhere

I went to have a bracelet soldered ,when they returned it to me it was much smaller, it doesn't fit anymore, I don't know what they did to it, they couldn't fix it, I was very disappointed
