The tellers are very polite and respectful. Even if the lines are long they work fast to get people out. They also have chairs for people if they have to wait. I've been with Golden 1 over 20 years.

I have been a member of Golden1 for over 30 years. Since they had an arena named after them their service has gotten worse and worse. I made an appointment to see someone at the College Town location about a home equity line of credit, the guy was not qualified or trained in that product. He said a loan officer would call me. Instead I received an email advising me to apply on-line. Christi Drake didn't have the decency to call me. I will be closing all of my accounts next month.
