Golden Bay Surfwear

Would not recommend shopping at this store I went in to purchase a shirt took it back to hotel room come to find out the shirt didn’t fit so I went down stairs back to the store explained the shirt is too small can I exchange it the man behind the counter was so unprofessional he pointed at the sign I explained I would need a refund because they have no larger shirts , so we go back and forth I’m said there are no shirts to fit me all he continued to say is no refunds . I just left the shirt with them .they kept my 66.00 dollars. Sign said only exchanges but what if they don’t have your size they just keep your money. I will be filing some action against them
