I am a real estate agent and have referred several clients of mine to Sofia when traditional loans may not have been an option. Sofia is totally hands on. She is able to customize solutions based on the particular needs of the client, while making what can be a very emotional process, smooth and easy. I highly recommend her. Sofia is the best!!

Since my bank no longer offers bridge loans, I got a recommendation from my realtor for the Golden Gate Lending Group. Everyone I dealt with were kind and professional, always willing to take the time to explain details to me. Sofia was particularly helpful when she determined that they could pay off my first mortgage and save me some money in the long run.
I would use Golden Gate Lending Group again if needed and recommend them to anyone else needing a short-term loan.

Working with Sofia was an excellent experience. She was reliable, timely and accessible during the many steps in the lending process. She also kept in touch close touch with my real estate agent and title company. Communications--phone, email and text--were handled with great professionalism. Sofia was also a very kind, patient and understanding on a human feeling level. I recommend her highly.
