It was by chance that I ran into William Tong. After moving out of my condo in Arcadia, I was looking to sell or rent out "the home" that had remained in our family for 25 years. After looking for the most cost-effective options such as Help-U-Sell and other realtors, William looked out our condo and gave me a few suggestions to enhance my condo's value.
