Multiple nails broken and chipped within two days of service. Staff unable to provide solution. Had to spend additional time and money at another salon to remove and redo within same week. Other than that, nice salon. Unfortunately would not return.

I had made my appointment with Phan and she wasn't in that day so I got Spring instead. It was her first day, and I emphasized that my old nails were done really poorly so they are thin and easily hurt. She was so so gentle and really soaked my dip powder off amazingly. My nails were the most symmetrically filed I've ever seen, she checked every angle, and painted them flawlessly. (I asked for a hard design and she said she has experience with it!) She was an absolute pleasure to have do my nails, and she is th reason I will be coming back! I went with my friend and they were able to seat us next to one another. However, I will be calling the day before to make sure they don't change my nail tech last minute.
