As I drive by I reminded myself how important a review for this place is. So I work for a large corporation and I travel a ton from Boise to Lewiston. I heard this place was under new management and thought why not. I was so wrong. My first clue should of been when the lady at the front w||desk couldn't figure out the sales tax. She shorted the motel a couple bucks because clearly, she can't do third grade math. Wes, the other manager( tells everyone he owns the place) was there as well. This man has no clue when he just needs to be quiet. My room was clean at least and that is the only thing I have nice to say. The office is rarely open and you would think that a place open 24/7, would have someone in the office. If you did find it open and catch them, it was around 11am. I saw him work once and let me tell you it was awful. To watch a man that has to be close to 50 throw a fit, screaming, yelling fbombs, and throwing items out of a room doesn't scream friendly or hospitality at all. As his shadow sat there with a constipated, I just ate whole elephant look on her face. Wes is friendly to the point of it being down right unprofessional. He complained about other guests to me and his own employees. Sadly, the employee was the one person who worked and you could actually find if you needed anything. I would bet my life that he takes credit for what his employees do. I found Wes to be a narcissistis and his gf to be cold and unfriendly. These two need a business ethics and hospitality class. Guest do not want to hear your life story nor is it professional to talk about other guests or your employees. He said he was a chef at some restaurant in Montana and let me tell you the wage changed twice. I doubt Dennys nor IHOP pays this wage. He said the only reason he was staying in this dump hole( used another word) was his mom. His teeth had at least 3 meals left in them and wearing the same clothes from the day before. I doubt he has ever worked as a chef. He had so many jobs, that I questioned why anyone would hire someone like this. Clearly, the true owner didn't do his research on them and it is easy to doctor a resume. It gets worse. I found 3 cock roaches in my room and there was no smoke detector. Half the outlets didn't work in my room. Black mold and painting over it doesn't fix the issues. Ants and other bugs. I was warned not to complain to Wes or to the owner because I would be kicked out and good luck getting my money back. Thankfully, I only paid for a few days and left early. There are children living at this motel and I can't imagine if a fire were to break out what would happen. I hold the owner responsible for his management and the poor conditions of this place. I warned my coworkers about this place and they were appalled at what I endured in the little time I stayed there. Take my advice pay a little more and stay somewhere else. This place needs to be shut down. It is very clear that the owner doesn't pay attention to the cameras or he clearly thinks this type of behavior is okay. This owner is a slum lord of motels. I found this place to lack everything when it comes to hospitality. There are no amenities and to put up with this kind of crap, isn't worth the few dollars saved. I had to give it a star. Or I would rate this place in the negative.

Managers are friendly. It's quiet and the rooms are clean. The New Management has been upgrading the place and they make you feel like your home!!! I would recommend the place to anybody. Pretty low pricing on rooms also!!!

They are amazing! I couldn't find a room with monthly rates after the one I planned on had fell through & even though they are full they worked out a room for me & didn't even charge me a deposite. They are fantastic people & my room is nice & it's clean, I am so happy here!
