This is my first and only google review, however based on the service and communication I received , I felt it was appropriate to leave my first review. I have heard golden rule's radio ads for years, and needed help with a ford F150 truck, as the ABS light was on. After dropping off the truck at their North Monroe store. They called me a couple hours later, and said I needed new brakes, front and back, and cost was 1500.00. I agreed and they did the work. I paid and picked up the truck, and after I drove for 10 minutes, I noticed the ABS light was still on. I called the owner, Dallas, and he said they didn't have the equipment to check that light, and I should go to Toby's Battery. I said why didn't you tell me that when I brought it in. He replied, we should have, but in the future, he said he would give me a 5% discount on my next service . I have never been back, and would never go back, or recommend Golden Rule Break to anyone.

I needed some locking lug nuts taken off to do further work for a family members Cadillac Escalade, went to about 5 different tire and brake shops for days & days there was no luck. I was trying to avoid the dealership for a job I thought was so simple. Jeremy and Wyll I think, we’re more than extremely willing to give a hand and help, then just like that made an appointment with the crew 3 days later the jobs done and for an awesome price too! 5 stars all day

Had multiple recommendations for this shop for my breaks. The experience was great! My car was looked at and brakes were done in about four ish hours! Amazing customer service! Would highly recommend.
