I highly recommend golden state inspectors because they are very friendly and knowledgeable. When I was buying my first home I had them come and inspect the house. Being a first time home buyer on a budget, I really appreciated that they helped me understand why certain things required immediate attention and why other things could wait.

Jose the inspector was very professional and meticulous in his inspection. We are very pleased with his work, he took the time to explain all of his findings and offered solutions to our issues. I would highly recommended this company to anyone who is looking for a home inspection.
