Jeff will help you amazingly. I've gotten same day service on my computers numerous times, and I've told him directly that he doesn't charge enough. Don't let the computer chaos in the shop put you off. He's a fabulous guy who wants to make your computer well, or build a a custom rig, or just order you an HP.

I have had 3 rigs built by him, and when I forgot my checkbook to buy my laptop, he sent me on the long trip home with the computer, and I mailed him the check. Fabulous.
