It seems Golden State can make customers happy when everything goes well. Their salesman mis-ordered one of my 16 windows in October. There is no argument that it was a GS mistake. After several phone calls over several weeks (during which I was offered $200 to buy a replacement $400 window and have it installed) I finally found someone who said they'd "take care of it". It is now the end of July and after a dozen contacts with four different people (not counting warehouse and installers) and three install appointments, I still don't have the replacement window. I just learned it hasn't even been ordered correctly from the factory. If something goes astray, Golden State becomes the Keystone Cops. After countless hours of dealing with this, I wish I'd bought from an organized, professional window supplier, like Bennett Glass.
