I've taken my cat to Golden Touch twice. The most recent time my cat had been sick, so she had shaken medicine all over her face. They did a wonderful job cleaning her up. The staff was extremely friendly and wonderful with my girl.

Great place for grooming your dog. My dog is a handful and likes to bite! They have been wonderful every time I take him there. Great prices too.

A rare find in the pet grooming industry: Affordable. Friendly, dedicated staff. Clean. True pet-lovers. Our regular shop closed, so we gave this place a shot and our expectations were exceeded and some! The shop was inundated with canine clients today, but we were in and out in 25 minutes. We were immediately greeted outside (only groomers and pooches allowed indoors for covid safety), and we were consistently updated by the most on-the-ball host/groomer/cashier about the wait time. This was above and beyond, as we came as walk-ins for two nail trims... ordinarily not high on a groomer's list of priorities in the midst of serving dozens of customers who made appointments. During our short wait, we noticed several groomers hand-delivering pooches to cars, particularly for one client whose arm was in a sleeve. They clearly care about their clients! Two groomers picked up our min pin and chihuahua in practically no time, took them indoors to perform the BEST nail trim we've seen on our whining pooches' impossible-to-trim black nails, and had them out to us before we could even finish our conversation about what to get for lunch. I am hard to please when it comes to my dogs, but thoroughly impressed with the reputable staff's attention to detail. We will definitely be back. Thank you for giving us walk-ins the VIP treatment today.
