Kim G. Is the best!! I am new to the gym and haven’t worked out in a while. She is helping me get back into a routine. She is easy to work with and truly wants to find what works for me! I’ll probably end up signing up for more sessions! The staff always greets me when I enter and when I’m on my way out as well!

I got to have a training session with Ismael and it was great! I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is in need to know how to start working out. He was patient and paid attention to my form. I think that is important because it shows that he is willing to help me workout correctly, having me feel the workouts, and making sure I was doing them correctly. I would for sure have another training session with Ismael!

Megan has been wonderful. She is helping me with my balance issues and is so very encouraging. Recently had some surgery and Megan is very careful to make sure I do not over do and possibly do harm to myself. I can not express what a joy it is to work with her. She is very knowledgeable about the body and what would help the balancing
