Very friendly owners. I really like that they don't allow loud music, parties, etc. Nice and quiet and friendly.

I liked the place myself. It is a small park but overall being kept up daily. So it is relatively clean an the owner is very nice; but not to be taken advantage of. He knows his business. 👍👍

Mr. Gonzalez is a super guy, fair, helpful, & smart. When you see this choice 'nature' location with immediate access to everything and what he's developing here you'll get it.
