Mike is awesome! I drove here to try and puzzle out some questions I had regarding a used gas fireplace I was trying to install. Took him all of 5 minutes to explain it to me better than ambiguous manuals or vague youtube videos. I will be driving out of my way to come here for my future needs, especially service on my Stihl tools!

I've been using the services of Good Earth Works for several years. I've always been happy with their friendly and knowledgeable staff. I usually don't write reviews, but their customer service is so great I thought it was time to do so. The review wouldn't be complete without mentioning Mike and Matt, both great representatives of their company, and excellent individuals.

Came in at closing to get blades for a Stihl. Even though they were about to close, the gentleman that assisted me was friendly, talkative, and helpful. Great place for your Stihl part needs or stove needs.
