I went to see Carolyn for a series of treatments for a concussion. I had a CT scan that showed I had no inflammation or fluid build up in the brain after 1 month of resting however when I returned to light exercise activity, intense headaches would return. Carolyn could feel the places in my head where fluid and pressure built up and worked her magic to alleviate it. After the treatments, I would still have a slight headache and would feel very tired and slept. Within the hour, large amounts of fluid drained from my body and I kept thinking, "Where is this coming from? Was this all draining from my brain?!". I continued to see her for concussion treatments since it was the only thing that was helping to move the fluid out of my brain that the CT scan couldn't pick up.
