I have sent multiple emails to this company regarding my order and have received no response. I received my order in the mail but they sent the wrong size. I ordered a small but they sent me a medium. I even sent them proof by email that I purchased a small but a medium was sent. I really needed the sweater by this weekend to give to a friend as a gift. It’s been days of me trying to contact them. Finally I found the phone number and called and the lady who answered was so rude to me. I told her what had happened and she told me that she couldn’t do anything right now because of Covid. She said to try back and call next week because she cannot help me. Then she just hung up on me. This is not a Christian company. I think they just say there question to make more money. I honestly really like their bracelets but I am not purchasing from them ever again. I’m very disappointed. This was supposed to be a Christmas present. Date 12-9-22
