I am sorry, but this was by far my worst haircut I have ever gotten. I explained to the barber what I was wanting and sure enough he messed it up big time. When someone asks for a low fade that doesn't mean give them a high fade(military cut). I even showed him where I wanted the fade to start and how much to cute off. Not to mention he didn't blend my hair at all after the fade, he literally just left a line. I had to go to another barber to get it fixed up.
Not only that but how in the world do you mess up someone's beard this badly. I had to go home and shave it completely off. I asked for him to cut the length just a little bit and what does he do, he cuts the entire length off and brings it down close to a five o'clock shadow.
I am sorry, but listening to your customers should be everything to you and your Maine priority instead of doing your own vision of what the customer thinks they will like better.
I'm not going to ask for a refund because I used your services, but please in the future listen to your customer. The barber there seems like a nice guy. Just next time when someone asks for a low fade, start by chopping off a little bit and handing the customer a mirror so they can see and show you how far up to go or how low to go for the line when you are fading.
