Bought a bong with a stem that wasn’t long enough. Returned to store told them my problem-ABSOLUTELY NO HELP! Check ANYTHING you buy from these clowns-terrible customer service. Shopped here for years-never again!
Please allow me to retort: The second “tube” DID NOT have the same stem- it was much shorter and a cheaper quality than my previous purchase-that was made over a year ago - not 2 weeks ago. Second; how does one check to see if a tube works-without USING it?I was also charged full price$10 for the replacements stem-no DISCOUNT This was a gift and my girlfriend fried her lungs because this store has ZERO QUALITY CONTROL!Raising my voice was so others could see how you treat return customers.This place was better when it was a fabric store!They pray on tourist-do yourself a favor and keep walking to the next head shop. BUYERS BEWARE!
