I was in a health crisis and decided to try acupuncture. Courtney completely eliminated my arthritis, severe low back pain, poor digestion in a matter of a few months. We've been able to taper down the treatments from twice a week to once a month, and soon I will only need to come seasonally. I sought treatment for severe back pain that didn't allow me to comfortably walk, arthritis in my hands that caused sharp pain and swelling to the point that I could not use my hands and was losing strength in them. And digestion issues (bloating) as I tried to eat a bit healthier (fruit and vegetables). I feel like I have gotten my life back-my mobility and the use of my hands! Courtney is professional, truly cares about my healing and has extensive knowledge to share. I have referred friends to her for other issues and they have confirmed she is helping them as well. I'm so grateful I found this treatment that has freed me from pain and stabilized me so much that I can improve my health even more. Thank you Courtney and Good Medizen!

Courtney is the best. I worked with her years ago and she worked miracles for me. Then she started practicing down in Des Moines and that was too far away. But I stumbled on her old business card and found she now has her own practice downtown.
She knows her stuff. She’s helping me work through some carpal tunnel stuff right now. I had relief after just one visit.

I had such a pleasant experience with Courtney and GoodMedizen acupuncture & herbs. My sister had purchased a package with them, and she had 4 remaining sessions that she wasn’t going to use. She was able to transfer them to me. I was a little nervous about the needles, but Courtney put me at ease. I felt great after my first session and am looking forward to future sessions.
