From day one, I have to say that this has been an amazing experience compared to other companies.

We canceled Orkin due to their poor quality of service and terrible client relations. They constantly bombarded us with spam and wouldn’t cease when asked. I still received random texts even weeks after canceling. They were coldly unapologetic, to put it nicely!

We had not had any type of pest service since April/May, so we had a large onslaught of summer gnats, mosquitoes, and other “hungry” biting bugs.

Zack of GoodMonsters is delightful to speak with, very knowledgeable, and helped us make important choices about choosing the greenest and least torturous options for property treatment. He was efficient and thorough, able to engage well while also working completely autonomously. He was very kind and understanding about our concerns for our animals and the wildlife. He is good at communicating and texted us that he was ahead of schedule and could arrive early if we wanted. Just top-tier service.

We opted not to use any poisons or traps for rodents because all of the options are brutal. Living on a green belt/wetland preserve has made us more aware of our direct responsibility to the wildlife, especially the larger animals that survive on the smaller prey animals in our ecosystem.

We are looking forward to a much calmer summer now and absolutely recommend GoodMonsters. We feel we made the right choice for pest control.
