Be aware by goodwill asking a customer to show your id when using a credit card. Its illegal. You are giving personal information that is not required to use a credit card. You might as well give your social security number to them as well if you showing your ID. Read your credit card disclosure and look it up online. Its against the law. If they refuse a sale by you not showing a ID its illegal. Contact your credit card company to file a report to have this practice stopped. Recommend call Goodwill and ask them why they need your personal information. Cant believe so many consumers are willing to give out information so easily. Your only hurting yourself.

the only thing I like about this still the site is the fact that I can get a bargain and I can get something good I might have to fight with the crowds of people that are basically selling the stuff online for something but you know what I don't agree with the Goodwill at all would have CEOs are making hundreds of thousands of dollars and they're paying their employees minimum wage shame on the only thing good about this place is bargain sea pay by the pound

Terrible! They have the partnership with target where they sell their returns overstock etc. I purchased something online and it came missing well over 70% of the pieces needed. They refuse to return or refund the item. Such a major bummer for myself and kids, especially as someone who frequently buys and donates. So disappointed and will not support further.
