I was honestly disappointed. I normally shop at Ross...but I decided to checkout goodwill thinking they would have lower prices because everything is used. Every shirt I looked at was 10 dollars or more. Most shirts at Ross are 6-7 dollars and are new with tags still attached. Some of there 10 dollar shirts at goodwill didn't look washed or were poorly washed. I was very disappointed that donated items were that high in price. I bought 5 shirts brand new at the mall yesterday and they were 15 dollars each. 5 dollars more than used clothes. They don't even have a program that uses that money to help homeless people. I will not be shopping there again. Price gouging is never OK especially from a brand called Goodwill that's supposed to help people in need.

Neat and clean. Fun variety of all manner of goods. We've been a bit disappointed lately with the high prices. It's hard to swallow, but they no longer claim to be a community service at all; just a 'job-training' site. If you're really in need you may or may not find what you're looking for here, but if you do find it, you may not be able to pay for it. The staff is friendly and the store is neat. We are still glad they exist, though.
