The employees are downright disrespectful. They have attitudes with customers, they judge your donations based off of what looks like it’s never been touched. Rude to children, rude to the elderly . My family has gone to Goodwill for years and years and these past two years have been unpleasant to visit them . So we will not be going there anymore . Get ahold of your staff they’re ruining your business .

I’ve found some awesome home decor here at great prices. Aside from that, the clothes and shoes are so overpriced that I’ve found myself laughing out loud at the price tags. Please lower your prices!! A used cardigan from an off brand should not cost $15

The donation process here is frustrating. I had lots of stuff to donate from multiple different people and the guy taking donations told me he couldn’t take most of the baby stuff. And then was digging through the bags making sure there wasn’t socks in them while I was putting them in the bin. He went to get another cart so I started opening the bags myself to dig for baby socks to make sure he didn’t get mad and he got mad anyways and said they weren’t allowed to accept bags if I put them on the ground? Should probably post all of these rules by the donation drive up so I know what I’m doing wrong. Left with most of the donations still in my car since there was nothing posted about baby items.
