Clean store, people were nice. They try and help our homeless population and we're giving out boots when we were there, to keep people warm. Considering the stores location, it had a great selection

Attempted to drop off a very good microwave as a donation this morning I knocked on the back door. No one answered, but the door was open. There was no signs posted saying that I could not walk in. He said I was trespassing when all I wanted to do was drop off a microwave, this particular person named Johnathon was very rude disrespectful of his elders and did not treat the customer with any respect whatsoever. He should be fired for the way he spoke to me today. All I did was try to donate an item. He could’ve just taken the microwave and been about his business instead he wanted to argue with me, I’m old enough to be his mother and he sat there and argue with me over me going through the door because no one was back there, but the door was unlocked so if they don’t want people to come in, they should post a sign that says do not come in Only for employees or something he never did, and when I addressed that to him, he continued to argue with me he was combative and argumentative, and I told him to kiss my you know what I slam my trunk and took it to the other Goodwill downtown. They deserve it better than the one on the northwest Boulevard, he definitely needs some coaching on how to handle customers who are bringing gifts of donation to the store.
