Charged more than quoted for the service. $132 for an oil change!! Only to find that they did not get the oil cap on and lost 3 quarts. Now the folks are having a hard time returning a phone call to reimburse for the lost oil.

I like coming here. It's nice to have a place to just stop by when I need an oil change. It would be better in my opinion if we were allowed to stay in our car during the oil change. I like to know what's exactly going on when I'm getting car work. By having to sit in the adjacent building, I don't get that reassurance. I still recommend coming here though. Have always got the job done.
