Excellent customer service. Very friendly staff. Actually...Christina and Jerry run the agency. Both are extremely good at what they do. Christina helped save my home from not closing during our purchase. My old insurance dropped the ball but Christina saved the day and helped us to close. We were very thankful as you could imagine. I highly recommend this agency!!!

Jerry Hallman Farmer's insurance agency has provided our family with all our insurance needs for about 15 years currently. We have a multi coverage package with them; which offers a great value for the price. It includes Home, auto and life insurance. Jerry truly wants to provide people with coverage they need, and is not at all like agents from other companies in the past who were just interested in making a profit. He will get to know your specific needs, and recommend exactly what coverages best suit your budget and your insurance needs. He is great about giving the customer honest feedback. When I was in a car accident, the entire staff was very courteous, an helpful in assisting me to file a claim. They helped me immediately after the accident to obtain towing, and they recommended a body shop that did excellent work in restoring my vehicle. They even called to check on me the next day; and repeatedly checked back in on the progress of the repairs. Jerry will also go the extra mile in making sure his customer's need's are met; and he has high expectations of his staff. He has had the same, wonderful office manager for the entire time we've used this agency; and she never fails to be thorough, efficient and friendly in all interactions with customers.
