John is the best communicator in any business I've seen! Calls you back right away. Calls you to tell you he's on his way. Calls you if he can't be there at the time he proposed. I sincerely appreciate that! Has been about 30 days since the 1st treatment. Have not seen a new gopher mound anywhere in my backyard since. He and his partner were very nice and professional. I recommend them highly.
