idk how this guy stays in business- he gave me so much how-to DIY info over the phone gratis that I feel like I might, for the first time ever, be able to solve an issue relating to technology without using duct tape or calling india. completely empowered!! he should consider a side hustle in therapy/counseling :-) LOL this guy is awesome. he's definitely my new go to guy for the next time I massively screw something up by pressing buttons ;-P
