Joe insisted that my old one spa cover shrunk and that the new one (2 1/2” too big) fit just fine. Online research said vinyl can shrink up to 1/2”, not 2 1/2”. He wants me to spend thousands to repair damages they caused to a $5k 15-year-old hot tub and refuses to return the original parts. My first inquiry was in July 2021, so I have spent OVER A YEAR trying to get this repair done. Non-responsive, unethical, aggressive and accusatory on the phone. Customer service at its worst! Just go to Costco for your spa. Same manufacturers!
