We lived in a building managed by Gordon for two years and had a great experience. Nanette was always very helpful and responsive whenever we had any questions. We only had a few minor maintenance issues during our time and they were always addressed quickly. We left the apartment in good shape and received our full deposit back shortly after moving out. Highly recommend!

Genuinely good people run this company. Everyone who works here is friendly and responsive. I haven’t had any issues with my apartment since moving in a year ago. Wish all of my previous places in SF could have been managed by Gordon Property Management :)

GPM has continued to be very responsive and helpful to my recent apartment repairs and renter admin. questions. The quality of building maintenance repairs has risen since they started managing our building. Their staff is always courteous, professional and helpful. I am very grateful for their renter support service & to our property Owners!
