The menus I received have faded colors along the entire left side. I've been trying to contact you for about half a month, but the issue still hasn't been resolved.
On September 11, I contacted you to report that the quality of the menus I received was not good. I provided evidence through the "Report an issue" form. You responded by email requesting additional evidence, stating: "We ask that you provide us (10-15) samples of the incorrect prints in 1 group shot via upload by creating a new order issue." I then took photos of all the damaged items, around 50 examples in total, trying to show that the edges of all the menus were faded, throughout the entire order.
On September 16, you responded saying: "We cannot reprint 50 cards, therefore we can offer either a store credit or a refund of $15.00." However, I want the entire order to be reprinted because the menu colors are not suitable for my customers. Offering just $15 or store credit doesn't make sense. It’s not only 50 sheets that are damaged—the entire order is faulty.
On September 17, you reiterated, saying: "On September 14th, it was said 'In the latest batch of 30-50 samples we've received.'" The fact is that all the items are damaged, and I already provided sufficient samples as evidence. However, your response made it seem as though you were unsatisfied with the proof.
I understand that my language skills might not be fluent, but I’ve provided all the information and evidence you requested. Yet, you haven’t resolved the issue and your wording makes it sound as though I’m at fault.
On September 18, you instructed me to retrieve the items from my customers and send them back to you, with me covering all the shipping costs, etc. I understand the situation, but I have provided clear and complete evidence, yet it feels like you are changing your stance, making unreasonable demands, and increasing my costs unnecessarily.
I’ve tried to explain this entire situation in detail, hoping you understand. Please either refund the full amount of the order or provide full store credit.
Thank you
