Terrible experience with the younger fellow who took my order. Not sure how to describe him other than he was relatively tall, and wearing a mask. He seemed bothered by me being there, and asking any question about the food for my order. He was INSANELY rude, and almost angry to me and my 10 year old son. When he gave me the food, I asked if there were chopsticks in the bag and he rudely said no, and just walked away....again like I was bothering him. Then another mom and 3 of her daughters walked in, and got the same exact experience and looked at me like...is this for real??? Never going back again because of him, and it's too bad because the food is good.

This was my first time visiting, and the food was pretty good! However, the tall, male cashier wearing the face mask was incredibly rude. I was looking at the menu choices and told him to give me a second, and he gave me a “whatever” look and shrugged his shoulders. I asked him if they had Apple Pay and he pointed towards the card reader in front of him and said “uh huh” in a very annoyed tone. I work in customer service too and fully understand how daunting the general public can be, but there is no excuse to be that rude to someone who was in no way rude to you. Whether he is the owners son or not, someone like this kills businesses (mainly little mom and pop shops like this). Will definitely not return.

We came here a few years ago for the first time and 1) the food was just alright & 2) the young man at the front was so rude!! Just like all the other comments, he’s incredibly cold and rude. We haven’t come back. We drive the extra 10 minutes to teriyaki spot on the south end. Way better food & very friendly staff!
