As POA for my client, I delivered patient to the door tiday for routine footcare appointment. WITH OFFICE APPPOINTMENT CARD IN HAND, patient arrived 5 minutes early and was told 1) that he was NOT on their schedule and 2) they could not be “fit in” today.
At 90, patient was in no position to argue, and accepted a future appointment in 10 days!!
Still waiting for Dr Grabowski to respond…
