5 stars all the way. Grace Light Home Health is the best home health service I've ever used. 3 days for my doctor's office to approve the referral. On that 3rd day I got a phone call asking when I'm able to have a Registered Nurse come and evaluate me, and Valerie was available that day :). She is very good at her job. She's compassionate, caring and explained the process so I would understand it. Shortly after that visit, Isabel called to schedule discussing my treatments. I haven't seen her yet but from this conversation I trust her completely already. Great job choosing your employees Gracelight. I feel that I am lucky that I am able to have my health care needs through this company. Thank you, Judith

So far, between the nurse not calling back when she says she will "if at all" to the office not returning your calls. A Few days can pass , try again and hopefully someone that transfers you to another person that might answer the phone will look into it and will call back with a 50/50 chance of taking care of it asap. Already have wounds and not trying to miss any visits or supplies can be frustrating. Everyone is very polite and passing the blame. Glad this is just wound care visits and Not End of life Hospice. This would be very upsetting for the family.

Disappointed in company. Wound care nurse been here three times. Two times out of the three has not come with any supplies to treat wounds and has asked to use mine. I didn’t know we would have to supply the nurse
