unable to warranty their own workmanship if you provide parts. They cant even trust their own technicians, You shouldn't either. Every other shop in the area will warrant their tech's workmanship even if you provide parts, because that is industry standard. This shop is a joke, and there is a reason they can get you in same day.

Less than one star.
Kept my car for 4 months, lied to me, didn’t fix it, wouldn’t return calls and so far refusing to give me a refund until they’ve had more “meetings” and time to falsify documents. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic in my life. Don’t trust them with your car.

We really got 6 star customer service from Graff's and we are truly grateful. On a Friday at 3:30 while camping in the area our car started leaking oil bad enough we couldn't drive home. Every shop closes for the weekend @5, so there was little chance of any shop even looking at our issue till Monday. After calling around, Graff's agreed to take a look before closing. They were immediately able to diagnose the problem and get parts, but it was not going to be able to be repaired before closing. Their mechanic Ron came in after closing, fixed our car and since we had no phone reception at our campsite, he personally delivered it to us around 10:30. Thanks so much to the whole crew for going way above and beyond what was expected!
