Took my car to Graham Auto Craft to have repair done on my 2012 Cadillac CTS-V. I had damage to front fender and bumper and used my insurance to pay for it. My car has had previous work done by atleast 2 other shops, neither one of those was able to match the paint correctly, which if you have gone through that, is quite frustrating!
However, Kyle, the owner, made the whole process easy! He provided a quick and accurate estimate and answered all questions that I had. The work was exceptional and completed in just a few days. Paint match was perfect and the reinstallation of my bumper was lined up better than it was before the accident, an added benefit I did not expect. For me, the whole process could not have gone any smoother. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Long overdue due to finally getting front bumper back on! Kyle walked me through the process of how things would be fixed with my bumper as it piqued my interest. He did very well with fixing the heavy damage and repaint. Incredibly professional with timing & work. Perfectionist at its finest, he showed me around the shop of his other cars he was working on and they were done absolutely flawless with precision and hard work.
