I’m so sorry to say this but I had a terrible experience with this flower shop. I went there with full confidence and trust based on other ratings and now I wish I didn’t. Flowers were supposed to be 10-12 calla lilies filled with white veronicas and some “ green filling stuff if necessary.” It was supposed to be a bouquet for a bride and it ended up looking horrible! There were barely 10 calla lilies and some white wild looking flowers which were already half dead. Since the flowers were delivered while I wasn’t home, I didn’t had a chance to say anything but I’m definitely going back there to talk to the owner and see how things went so terribly wrong. Definitely not worth $75.

If I could give less stars I would. Most unprofessional florist I have ever experienced. They call to schedule a delivery, they said they'd be there in an hour. Told the caller to have the driver call me when he was there as its a gated & locked community. Hours later, no delivery. Call back. New girl who answers said the driver was there earlier but I wasn't home. Not true I tell her as I had been there the entire time & he couldn't have knocked on my door because of the gate/locks. She said she'd check w/the driver. Calls me back said the drive has not been in my area so far today - caught you in a lie have I??? Arranged new time to drop off by 5:00 - apt office is open till then, even if i wasn't home. Call back after 5:30 still no delivery. Owner answers says the order was canceled. Owner didn't know I had already spoken to my BF & he told me how rude she was on the phone with him saying her driver was in Marin - why so far out of your delivery zone??? And that they were very busy due to prom & they would not be able to make the delivery today (which they already knew this AM but neglected to tell me) so she canceled the order & hung up on him. She tried to say he hung up on her ("Oh really, where you there to witness it?) No, I just know based upon you & your staff's lack of professional behavior - I will go with what my BF said as he has never lied to me, unlike your staff. When I called her she was equally rude & didn't even want to hear about her staff lying to customers. She tried to blame him for canceling the order - honest wouldn't blame him at this point. Bottom line, this place ruined a surprise. Don't ever use this place if you care how the people you are sending the flowers to are treated. Much better local companies deserve your business

Ordered the azalea plant for a relative living in Oakland. Delivered on time and just beautiful. They were also prompt in answering all questions prior to the order. Thank you for your fine service.
