Nice hotel. The location is great, great gym, the rooms are nicely furnished, comfortable, and everything was clean. My only gripe was with amenities: only one bathrobe in the room, no slippers, called service for water bottles that never arrived, etc. But everyone we spoke with was kind and helpful!

If you can stay at the olive 8 across the street, do that. The regency doesn't have a pool, hot tub or sauna. I had heard the trade off is the regency rooms are better. Can't say I really agree. They're fine, nothing wrong with them but overall I was happier with the room and amenities at olive 8.

The Grand Hyatt is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. I made use of the wonderful bathtub in my room regularly, as well as the shower for quicker morning routines. The staff are everything you'd expect from a 5 star hotel, and catered to every need I brought to them. My colleagues and I made use of the Hot Tub on our last night, and we had a great experience being able to chat and soak.
