On 1/5/2024 I was in an accident. Johnny from Grant's Towing, Napavine, was dispatched to get the car. He is amazing. He was fast, efficient and very kind/respectful. He knows his job well and quickly gets paperwork done. Thank you for the assistance and having such an awesome staff. Even your office staff is amazing, knowledgeable and explained the process to me. I definitely will recommend your services to everyone from now on! 🙂

Sam my driver literally saved my life and I can’t think of a time where I received customer service at the level he provided. Great person and true professional. He personally was speaking very highly of the company which shows a lot as well. It was a terrible situation, but to be honest, Sam was able to make it enjoyable somehow. The job was incredibly difficult on the side of the highway in the snow with a completely dead Tesla, with no way to go into neutral and somehow he got it done no matter what. He even swung me by one of the charger stations to see if it would work and then called dispatch to reroute me to my house an hour away when it failed. He kept saying that his only mission was to get me home safe and have my car in my driveway which he completed somehow. It was amazing to see that even at 1 o’clock in the morning till 330, he had a smile on his face and carried a great conversation. Very thankful and got really lucky to have Sam as my driver and will highly recommend this company.

He was fast, kind, efficient! Our elderly dog was accidentally locked inside my car, and Grant's Towing came to our rescue!
