My beautiful wife and I have been residents of the Grapetree Community for six years. We have never become complacent of the many positive experiences which we continue to enjoy. Most and foremost, we appreciate the support of friends and neighbors who make it possible for us to remain in our beautiful home. The management of landscape maintenance, garbage pickup and a well designed security system are all included in our modest HOA fees. In addition, routine checkups my Touchmark staff , transportation, physical therapy, and handyman services are available upon request. The location is very nice due to the availability of many services,ie: two major hospitals, several medical clinics, many major banks, supermarkets, restaurants, hardware stores, dental clinics, parks and mini malls. Lastly but not least, we appreciate the well managed HOA, which is an elected group of owners who prudently monitor our operational budget.
