Chill walk/hike with the kiddos. They are making a major update to the area. Going to be a super nice place soon with restrooms and a parking lot. I recommend checking it out

This is a 5 mile out and back hike which I would rate moderate. Beautiful views with connecting trails to other routes. Dog friendly. Best time to hike is in the cooler months because there is little shade and no water source.
