I visited Graphix Lab to get a quote and spoke with "LEO", who was the only customer service representative available. After a lengthy discussion where I provided all the necessary details about the service I needed, Leo assured me he would get back to me by the end of the day—he had six hours to do so. However, I didn’t hear from him until I had to call back just 15 minutes before the shop closed.
Leo then promised to have the quote ready by noon the next day, but once again, he failed to follow through. He didn’t even have the decency to follow up or provide any updates. The poor customer service and unmet expectations were frustrating. What added to the annoyance was that he even took notes with what looked like second-grade handwriting. I decided to go with another shop just a few blocks away!
Great experience with Leo. He performed a full front PPF on my Tesla model y with carbon fiber accents. The follow-up appointment was great as they were able to fix any imperfections, but was pretty much perfect for the most part. Would highly recommend taking your car here. Top notch service and quality work. Just note that you will have to drop off your car for a few days but that's okay because good work takes time. Thanks again, Leo.
Oh I also forgot to mention that I took my car here to get the tints done as well with 3m. They did a great job and any bubbles were taken out on the follow up appointment. Highly recommend for the service as well. A+
