Visiting from out of town, we decided to check out Grassa after seeing a few vloggers rave about it, and it was a fantastic experience. The fresh pasta was excellent, and sitting at the bar to watch the chefs prepare various dishes added a unique and enjoyable element to our meal.
The Caesar salad was iconic and definitely a highlight of our visit. The addition of anchovies and preserved lemons made it exceptionally delicious. We also tried the chicken parm cannellini, which was divine. My partner couldn't resist and ended up eating it as well because it was just too good.
On the other hand, the spaghetti aglio olio was a bit of a letdown for our taste, just because we didn’t read the full description (expected a traditional bolognese). It was too dry, salty, and spicy for our taste. The pasta was SO fresh!
Overall, we highly recommend getting food at Grassa if you're in town. The fresh pasta and engaging atmosphere make it a great dining spot.
