Terrible experience. Numbing was done terribly and my mouth is still seemingly swollen 3 months later. Temporary crown broke off within a month after they did not place it correctly, it took forever to stop hurting and was wiggly before breaking off in my sleep. For some reason I can still taste a filling from months ago. All the staff are very unfriendly and not accommodating. I have been very clear with certain requests and they were still not fulfilled (keeping a gap between my front teeth, having the crowns match my yellowing, etc) Overall horrible, do not look forward to being brought here again.

My child was sedated under general anesthesia, a full hour after being asked to wait in the lobby during her extraction, I was told that due to unforseen circumstances involving the dentist they couldn't do the procedure. They refused to reschedule. Everything about the entire experience was sketchy, including her being given an unlabeled powder "for anxiety". Oh yeah, and the unforseen circumstance? Their license was being pulled. THAT DAY. They couldn't do the surgery because they lost their license to practice.

I do not recommend this place at all! They are not kid friendly in any way, shape or form. My daughter sat in a chair in the back for an hour and a half before treatment even began. I know this because she was able to text me on her phone the entire time. Our appointment was at 2:00, we arrived a few minutes early to fill out paperwork and she wasn't taken back until 3:35. At around 5:10 I asked the receptionist what was taking so long and they hadn't even started her root canal yet. Once they began the procedure it was fairly quick and we were out of there right before 6:00. We were there for 4 hours, for one small procedure. The medication they used to sedate her was supposed to make it so she would not really remember the procedure (bad vibe right there). They said it would be painless and it was a horrible experience! My daughter is 11 and has a pretty high pain tolerance but they are just rough. They don't explain anything that they're doing. She was crying from pain during the procedure and apparently the tech and the doctor just looked at each other and kept working on her. There was a little boy in the back who was screaming and I mean screaming, I'm not exaggerating... I will never go back there. Please don't take your children to this dental agency, I'm so sorry that I did.
